Hi! My name is Keenan, I am a photographer, videographer, creative, and owner of EximusPro Studios. With over 4 years of experience in the social media space, I have built over 100k followers building my own personal brand, and we are still continuing to grow. I’ve had the privilege of working with many well-known brands, businesses, and creators that bring mere ideas to life by blending creativity with strategy. I believe the real estate industry is a very untapped space that I believe can elevate to higher standards. From short-form videos to full-scale productions, my work is driven by a commitment to high-quality, meaningful content that resonates with audiences.

“Eximus” derives from the Latin verb "eximere" - meaning exceptional, or something set apart by its rarity and excellence.
